My Project

My students are eager learners who love to read. They also love to listen to read-aloud books. They are very curious and ask many questions. The students and I look forward to our daily reading time.

Picture books are an excellent way to help teach comprehension skills to young learners.

Teaching comprehension skill can be very difficult for young learners; however, students seem to connect to picture books. I absolutely love teaching key concepts using picture books. I would love to build my classroom library with these exciting and engaging books.
