My Project
Many students in my classroom lack the resources at home to practice and become familiar with specific 3D shapes, and spatial reasoning. Teaching in an inner city district means that my kindergarten classroom is not always equipped with materials that can make learning engaging and interactive for all students.
These 3D shapes will give my students the opportunity to expand their growing minds by playing and having fun with math.
My goal for students is that they will love math, and that it will become one of their favorite subjects. I also want my students to be able recognize the 3D shapes in the real word.
