Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our classroom, my students use iPads every day to enhance their learning. We use iPads to practice and reinforce skills, research topics of interests, and to take assessments.
The 2 iPads I am requesting will serve as a teaching tool, a reward system, and a way to showcase students learning.
Additionally, students will use the iPads to work independently during small group time, and in partnerships during whole group instruction. We will also implement the iPads into their Freedom Friday time as well. Lastly, we hope to incorporate special technology based projects that are centered around the iPads in our classroom.
