My Students
I have 15 eager students that enjoy learning but in their own, creative ways. They love to read, enjoy our flexible seating options, and sharing their knowledge with each other. I want to encourage different ways for them to help each other.
The influence of a good teacher can never be erased unless typed on a tablet!
As students learn more about their curiosities, they can teach others. The best way to learn is to do. The best way to retain is to teach. Allowing children to have fun while learning helps them strive to do their best and increase positive aspects of community living. Giving children the chance to share their knowledge with each other helps them gain confidence as well as academic growth.
My Project
Up to date tablets will allow students to quickly access child-friendly websites to further research concepts misunderstood or those wanting deeper understandings. Research is part of our common core, and making the internet more available will allow students to meet those standards.
These tablets will enable quick research and fun review games when little time allows.
Only 10 minutes left? Yes, now we can use our tablets to play a quick assessment review game! I can get instant results as to which students are on the right track, and can differentiate tomorrow's lesson better as well.
It will also enable my students to help each other with concepts they are strong in, enabling self-confidence, and strengthening the knowledge in concrete.
