Help me give my students what they deserve to fit their sensory needs. From hands on learning with stamps, games, and putty, to a sensory table and noise reducing headphones my students will have their needs met!

My Project

My special education students come to school each day with specific sensory needs that need to be met. Through hands on learning with games, stamps, and a sensory table they will be able to learn how to regulate their emotions and return to the executive brain state to learn.

Before learning can happen, kids need to feel safe and be able to regulate their emotions through sensory.

By being able to meet these needs with items such as therapy putty, noise reducing headphones, and sensory items my students will have the opportunity to be successful in all settings around campus.

Each student comes into the classroom with different needs and often sensory needs are overlooked. These will help me provide my students with the strategies and tools they need for lifelong success.
