Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The "Why reinvent the wheel?" idea can be applied to teaching and the lessons that teachers do. The current lessons I am asked by my district to do are from the textbook. Yes, the textbook is still boring and lacks anything fun. The resources available on Teachers Pay Teachers are subject-based, grade-level appropriate, current, and relevant. A gift card from Teachers Pay Teachers will significantly help with adequate planning and will benefit my students.
There are some amazing teachers across the country who have created impactful and fun activities to help students grasp concepts.
The gift card for Teachers Pay Teachers would allow me to purchase activities that can bring topics to life. These lessons have been created by teachers from across the country who know what students actually need to know and how to approach it. This gift card will increase student engagement and help them absorb the information being covered.
