Help me give my students inspiration for learning virtually, with digital resources and creative ideas shared from teachers all over the world with Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students attend a Pre k class in a southside Chicago public school. They are anxious to learn new things and explore the world around them. When teaching young children online, especially English language learners, it has been a challenge to create many age-appropriate activities virtually.
My Project
I have learned and been inspired by other great teachers, having to constantly create and come up with online activities that are age-appropriate for young learners can be a challenge. Having a variety of resources available to the children is important for their online learning experience. I not only need to provide lessons in the child's home language but provide a variety of activities that young children can manipulate independently with whatever technology device they have to use at home.
I have constantly used the site Teachers Pay Teachers as a resource to spark those wonderful learning moments with my pre k kiddos.
This site is an amazing place for teachers worldwide to share experiences and ideas and it also supports fellow educators with your purchase!!!
