My Students
My classroom is filled with hardworking students, creative thinkers, and interested learners. The students in my class work hard every day and collaborate the best they can even at a distance.
My class is very engaged in daily lessons and are excited to use the many different learning platforms available digitally to them while we are together, but learning at a distance.
I am excited at the possibility to expand my technology integration and make interacting with my 2nd graders more engaging and more fluid. Having an extra monitor in the classroom and computer will help me facilitate their individual educational needs in the time we are away from the physical classroom.
My Project
As we navigate this very different start of the school year, I find myself in need of more devices to engage and support the students in my classroom. An additional device would be amazing to help interact and engage my second graders in distance learning. This device will allow for student monitoring, and assessments without having to adjust, switch tabs, and strain my eyes to find tabs to open, programs to switch to and students to meet with. Distance learning and teaching has been an adjustment for all involved and this extra device would help ease the struggle.
