This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of these material will help run the class smoothly on a day to day bases. Pencils, markers, dry erase boards, paper and pens are all supplies that are used everyday in classrooms. Unfortunately, not all students have the ability to bring in their own school supplies.
As a new teacher, I aspire to provide my first set of students with new supplies so we can jump right in and focus on academic achievement.
Being able to not worry about whether or not families are able to provide these materials will be absolutely beneficial. This will allow my students and myself to all have a positive start to a remarkable school year together.
