This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A lot of biology is very abstract to understand, drawing and providing visual examples is always beneficial to students. Even if there is a mixed bag of learning styles in my classroom, which there is, providing my students with different ways to look at ideas is always a good thing.

My classroom is set up in lecture like rows, which sometimes ties me and my examples to the front of the room.

Having a mobile whiteboard will allow me to move around easier and provide students from the front, all the way to the back with easier opportunities to see the examples I am providing.
