My Project

We have a diverse group of over 375 students, but our smaller library doesn't have the funds to purchase books that pertain to them and their backgrounds. With so many nationalities, we need books that are them, that show their family, their culture and their traditions. We need books that have pictures that look like them and use the same language as them.

We want our students to know that the way they look and talk and feel are part of who they are and are acceptable and loved.

We want all our students to see the importance of just being YOU.
