Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are in K-8 Virtual School. We are a Title I School with over 80% of our students qualifying for free and reduced lunch. More than 50% of our students are on IEPs. This project's focus is for our intermediate and middle school students.

We know that our students would greatly benefit from having snacks prior to testing.

I would love to be able to offer granola bars, fruits snacks, and other snacks as they come in. Research shows that students need basics like sleep, food, and shelter in order to succeed. We want to make sure they are excited about coming to class and love learning and know that with your love and support, we can make this happen.
