My Students
My students study what they love in the heart of New York City. My students are dancers, singers, musicians, artists, performers and scholars. They are fun, passionate, creative and hands on! They love to express themselves and what they know. I want to provide the best virtual learning experience for my awesome students.
My Project
Trying to make teaching from home as seamless as teaching at school requires a lot of preparation and multiple technological devices! Being able to write and explain clearly on a "whiteboard," managing student participation on zoom, and using an app like Nearpod to check for understanding while keeping them engaged is no easy matter. Some days may be a total flop. But luckily, those days are few and far between. Learning from mistakes, making adjustments, and trying new innovative teaching techniques is what I am all about. In the end, I want to reach and help as many students as possible using this MacBook Pro.
