My Students

I'm a school-based occupational therapist that works with special needs students that are 3, 4, and 5 years old in the preschool setting. My kiddos complete school-based occupational therapy activities in order to improve the following skills: visual motor, fine motor, visual perception, social skills, and sensory processing skills.

My Project

Put the "box" in the Fine Motor Task Box!

These clear modular boxes will be used to hold all of the contents of 30 individual Fine Motor Task Boxes, each focusing on a different skill including activities with tongs, scissors, dry erase crayons/markers, stickers, and manipulative cubes.

Specialized pencil grips will also be adapted to improve functional grasps.

These boxes will be used for therapy sessions and can be left in the classroom for individual student practice and group practice.

We need containers to hold all of the fun activities that will help our little hands grow and develop!
