This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students an amazing tap lesson! I teach two musical theatre classes, and most of my students can’t afford to purchase their own tap shoes.

We focus on different styles of musicals and choreography.

Tap is a unit that we do, but everyone doesn’t get to actually wear tap shoes.

We borrow shoes from the dance teacher, but she doesn’t have all the sizes we need. It would be awesome to be able to fit all my students, maee and female, with their own shoes for the class.
