The students will be taught deep breathing exercises which helps to lessen stress and anxieties that helps to calm the nervous system as well as incorporate some yoga poses. These supplies, the carpet, inspirational posters, aromatherapy scent diffuser, yoga mats, meditation pillows, sound effect light and motion device, etc., will create a calming space for all all to tap into their social emotional well-being. Some items, such as the foot/shoe covers, help keep the space tidy for all to use.
