Help me give my students with learning differences materials that will create visual schedules and pictures for communication to help them feel more included.
It is important to give children voices early on and they're education journey. Many preschoolers come to school with limited communication skills for a variety of reasons. Children with developmental, delays, bilingual homes, or physical conditions, prevent them from using their motor muscles such as their mouths. Some children, struggle using words they have. Research has proven students are successful when they can exchange a picture when learning to read.
The use of printed pictures from the printer will benefit students as they learn to speak.
Printed images will reduce frustration for not only the children as they try to meet their goals but for the entire classroom as they practice communication skills. Printed images will ensure all students feel included as they practice speaking. These tools will also help me reach, numerous families of students who are beginning their educational journey in preschool. Meaning, a printer and ink will benefit everyone.
