Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a first-year teacher, I was excited and nervous about teaching. But all that changed when I met my students. I can see the great things they can achieve. My students are thoughtful, intelligent, creative, and witty. Even when on bad days, they managed to make my day better.

My Project

Books that can teach my students about different cultures. Books that take them to other worlds. My students can learn to be creative with an origami kit. There are new games they can play with whenever there is indoor recess. Supplies that every classroom needs pencils, erasers, checking pencils. Prizes when my students are on their best behavior and bookmarks when they read. Trivia questions to make them think outside the box. Supplies that I need to help me teach so they can learn. In conclusion, all of these items I talked about will make my classroom engaging.
