This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The LEGOs will make a big difference with their learning. Building with LEGOs helps with motor skills,, precision, & coordination. It keeps them occupied in the after school program and away from their phones. They really enjoy working with Legos.

A big goal for this project is to get the 7th and 8th graders working together and do teamwork and do problem solving.

This for sure prepares them for the future. We all must learn to work together. Together we can become creative thinkers!

They are special in so many ways. Some are very bright, some are needy, and some are average but they override that by being a team.
