My Project

With the latest regarding best practices in reading, changing the game on classroom instruction is a must. This means new ways of learning, new creations of materials to use and implement, along with the way reading information is presented.

Time to rebuild!

Reading instruction is changing and moving in a different direction. The Science of Reading has been around for sometime, however it is coming back with a bang and supplemental materials for kiddo's would be so helpful.

I plan on using the collapsible boxes to create bins by month that organize sounds and methods of instruction that align with our current curriculum, but can also be adaptable to any curriculum in the future. A recent professional development opportunity has introduced me to several products that are very flexible to curriculum and also remove limits in terms of content being too hard or too easy. TPT products regarding Morphology and Orton Gillingham instruction are the main focus of this request that can be multi-level in difficulty so I can meet the needs of students as best I can. The containers will help organize and maintain these materials for years to come.

Other materials requested such as sharpeners are highly valued and appreciated so students do not each require their own.
