Taking the Lessons Outside

Help me give my students the free range of learning outside the four walls of the classroom! With COVID still a concern to many parents, taking the lessons outside can give both enhanced engagement and peace of mind!

My Students

After two weeks of online learning, over 50 percent of my students have returned to face to face learning and I have learned so much about them. Curious, innovative, creative. Just a few ways to describe the plethora of personalities and learners I have in my room.

I teach over 90 5th graders who have spent the extended break really diving into their passions and what makes them tick.

With martial artists, soccer players, painters, weavers, and esteemed game players, it's only fitting I transform the way they learn in the classroom to keep their active minds engaged!

My Project

With the gap that COVID has left for children across America, now is the time to really captivate their minds and engage them, bringing them back to the importance of learning.

What better way to accomplish such a feat than taking the lesson outside.

As the cool weather approaches, students will thrive with the flexibility of both indoor seating and outdoor!

Also, sitting on the floor for older students is a little more difficult. Our lap desks give us the flexibility of taking a desk anywhere, allowing ideal conditions for those who need it!
