Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are some of the hardest working I have ever worked with! My kids are respectful, eager to learn and anxious to become leaders in their community.

Our soccer teams have practically no equipment to work with.

These agility trainers will help both our ladies' and men's soccer teams improve their skills and take their games to the next level.

The past two years our teams have managed to get into the regional playoffs, but didn't advance very far. We are hoping with a few more resources, they can take their game to the next level.

My Project

Soccer is really starting to grow in our area. Not surprisingly, funding is tight for some of the team sports, especially the ones that aren't that well established. Our coaches are doing a great job with what they have, but these hurdles and agility poles will make a HUGE difference!

Training with make-shift equipment only goes so far; better equipment will boost their skills and their spirits!

These student athletes train hard, but their efforts only receive a little recognition. Getting them new equipment will build their talent and their morale. Give these kids a boost and help them reach their FULL potential!
