My Students
My students are always in awe when they see videos of professional string orchestras. This is their chance to be part of one with music stands to help them learn!
In music class, my students explore singing, playing instruments, and all kinds of music in the world around them.
Many of my students come from struggling backgrounds and music class is really their only opportunity to experience what it feels like to make music. My students have seen videos of orchestras creating music together and using teamwork and determination to make that happen. I would like my students to have the opportunity to experience the amazing feeling of being part of an orchestra and playing music in one as well!
My Project
With these music stands, my students will be able to enjoy learning how to play in an orchestra setting. Music stands are essential for each pair of string players, and this will let us upgrade our journey as a string ensemble in a professional manner!
Playing an instrument with the proper learning materials and being part of an ensemble are unique opportunities that I want my students to have as they continue to grow as musicians.
