This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Middle school is a difficult time for students. Their bodies are growing and changing, new pressures arise with peers, and often having daily needed essentials can cause stress and anxiety. I have a small classroom pantry for students to come and get items that they need.

Help me keep our pantry stocked with health and hygiene products that students request the most.

Forgetting deodorant for PE or not having lotion can be a big deal for an adolescent. Letting students quietly and discretely take what they need has really helped in my classroom.
