My Project
EEP is a K-8 free public charter school in East Nashville. We serve about 1000 students from the most geographically diverse population in all of Nashville. Our K-2 students are becoming experts in plants, animals, ancient civilizations, Greek Mythology and more. We also know that read alouds like these are great ways to incorporate our social emotional curriculum for our students.
We love reading at our school!
We want to ensure all kids not only have access to great books they can read in our phonic block, and listen to great stories from their teachers during Knowledge, but also get to take home 3-5 books per week to read with their families.
