Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students have many needs coming into this school year. Schools are not only a place for students' educational needs to be met but are also a place that needs to be sure that their personal, basic needs are being met.

In order for kids to be successful in school, we must assure that students feel safe and cared for.

In this project, I am asking for gloves for my students. The weather is very cold this time of year and many of my students do not have gloves to help keep them warm. I am also asking for healthy snacks that I can provide for my students. These small things can go a long way in making my students feel happy and cared for.
