This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My dynamic students are eager to take their learning to the next level, but are in need of many innovative tools. They attend a Title I school, where all students receive free breakfast and lunch. Our students arrive everyday ready to experience magic in their classrooms. The school has a caring environment and the teachers want all of our students to excel!

My students are very creative and intelligent!

They enjoy exploring, creating and building things. We need to ensure that exciting learning happens for them everyday!

My Project

Our students will use the Virtual Reality glasses and Smartphones to take field trips around the world without leaving the classroom! These devices will give them new ways to become engaged in lessons and make their learning experiences more relevant.

The students can explore ancient civilizations, science concepts, famous landmarks and so much more!

The students will become familiar with programs that allow them to become immersed in their lessons. This technology will help give them exposure to places they've read about in books. They will enjoy this new hands-on experience! They are ready to discover what the world has to offer!
