This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

By funding this project, you will provide my students the opportunity to take a trip to my treasure box when engaging in classroom discussions. Every child is different, and in some cases, students need to be motivated to participate in classroom discussions. Therefore, some items that I wisely chose to have in my treasure box are earphones, as they are vital when students work individually on their Chromebooks; mochis, as students need them when feeling nervous; and slime/legos for entertainment. Incentives are critical for student engagement and for helping them make good learning choices.
