This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My classroom chairs have been through it. Wobbly, missing screws, graffiti, carved marks...I think some of them are older than me! I am looking to raise money for quality ensemble chairs to not only help seat my middle school general music classes...but also jumpstart my goal of a band program!

Quality materials in a classroom shift students perspectives on being and learning in a classroom.

Imagine coming to class and your chairs are falling apart, wobbly, destroyed...you name it! How would you feel coming into school without a quality chair to sit on? Especially when you are spending a majority of your time seated!

Help give my students new chairs so we can run rehearsals seamlessly.
