My Project
Reading books has been a major focus in my class.
My students are enjoying their independent reading time but would like another option of places to read other than just at their desks.
Bean bags and floor seats would provide them with other options while making reading comfortable and relaxing. Additional seating could also be used as incentives for those who are always doing the right thing. I feel that students are more focused when they are comfortable and happy. Let's make reading a fun thing in the classroom and not just a mandatory thing in our schedule.
