In my class, every student is special and unique. I've taken joy in being a part of a special school community where students, families, and teachers all work together to give our students a strong social, emotional and academic foundation. We all have the same goal in mind: to cultivate a nurturing environment in which we are committed to challenging each student to meet his/her optimal potential academically, socially, and emotionally by respecting, appreciating and challenging students in a caring community, while building a sense of responsibility and respect.
My Project
I am asking for air plants for my classroom.
We all know the most natural way to purify air is by adding plants to your atmosphere.
I want air plants to help purify and clean the air naturally without using electricity and causing more harm to our planet. Air plants will help purify our classroom air helping us all breathe in cleaner air, and will will especially beneficial for those students with allergies and asthma.
I also will use the air plants in our science lessons about plant life cycles. And I will assign students to take care of the plants, teaching them responsibility for living things.
