None of this would have been possible without your help.\r\n\r\nAll of our fourth graders explore a unit on 3D design, where they imagine, design, create, and refine characters from books, movies, or even their own imaginations. From their first ideas on paper to the finished model in Tinkercad (a 3D modeling web app), students engage with concepts from physics, sculpture, geometry, writing, problem-solving, and perseverance. Now, they get to take these models home and showcase the many layers of hard work that went into creating them.\r\n\r\nAfter the models are printed, I place them at the front of the room so I can return them to students when they come back to class.
