My Students

Do you remember being frustrated when you couldn't read a book? An amazing reading tool called the TAG Reading System is here to help our frustrated students and I need your help to get them!

My students are like little sponges who can't get enough books.

I am currently a Kindergarten teacher in a small rural district. My students come to me from a variety of backgrounds and educational experiences but all want the same thing, to be readers!!

My Project

Kindergarten students come into school wanting to learn. TAG Readers give them this opportunity. TAG Readers independently guide students with their reading skills from beginning phonics and phonemic awareness skills to fluency. By having TAG Readers in my classroom, I would be able to allow the students more practice with reading skills that they need.

By giving my students more opportunities to further develop their reading skills, I am boosting their confidence in their reading ability.I can't wait to give my new readers that opportunity.I know that this project would really inspire my students to love reading!!
