My Project

My goal is to provide a welcoming learning environment with high-quality lessons and materials for all students, despite not always having the basics they need at school. My students love to learn and be challenged, so I always try to provide new and rigorous classroom activities for them to explore.

I am requesting a class set of tangrams and pattern blocks to support hands-on, engaging learning experiences that promote spatial reasoning and critical thinking.

My students learn best when they engage with the content in hands-on ways - I learn best that way, too! These tactile tools will provide students with meaningful opportunities to explore geometry, symmetry, and problem-solving in a concrete, visual way. I am also requesting some student engagement materials to celebrate the end of the year, including stickers, mini play-doh containers, and cute animal erasers!
