My Project
These are hands on learning activities that will help my students learn through tactile learning. By being able to trace letters with their fingers, find letters and numbers in sand, and use tweezers to sort colors; they will be able to use tactile learning and comprehend and retain more. Kids learn better by using their hands and exploring. By being able to sort and seek through sand, the centers would be student led, allowing children to explore on their own and feel empowered. Kids need the opportunity to try things on their own and discover.
