My Project

Integrating tablets into the AP United States History classroom can significantly enhance the teaching and learning experience, particularly when striving to close achievement gaps. Tablets provide an interactive learning environment that supports active monitoring, allowing teachers to seamlessly transition between group discussions, individual assessments, and real-time feedback, all while on the move. This mobility is crucial for engaging with each student more personally and effectively, enabling teachers to identify and address individual needs quickly. With access to a wide range of resources, from the AMSCO book to the "America's History, For the AP® Course," teachers can diversify their instructional materials, catering to various learning styles and levels of understanding. This approach not only enriches the educational experience but also fosters a more inclusive and supportive classroom environment, crucial for student success in APUSH. Through the generous donation of tablets, educators can harness technology to make history come alive, encourage critical thinking, and bridge knowledge gaps, paving the way for all students to achieve excellence.
