Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach at a Title I school, where 100% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. I set my standards and goals so that my students can thrive and reach high academic standards.
My students are hard-working individuals who are moving forward, increasing their language, mathematical, science, and technology abilities!
My students are always wondering, motivated, and looking for challenges to have success and learning opportunities in my classroom. My students are excited about learning and are eager to achieve high goals! They are ready to conquer the world!
My Project
Part 2! Through a previous project, I was able to get several robotic kits. These Tablets will increase the use of our Maker Space robotics/ coding section. Students need compatible tablets that will allow my students to run appropriate applications to code the robots! In addition to coding students will engage in application that will help them increase their awareness in computing through typing skills, reading digital articles from internet resources, work on mathematical applications, and increase awareness of scientific information on the internet. With your support, I will be able to bring access to my robotics program, and also essential computing skills that will increase my students 21st century educational outcomes!
