Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I would like to be able to bring technology into my classroom for all of my students to benefit from. My students are very excited and eager learners. I would love to provide the opportunity for all of my students to access all parts of our curriculum.

Most of my students come from low income households.

Being a part of DonorsChoose.org will bring me the opportunity to reach all of my students at their level and to provide the best education that I can!!

My Project

Having access to tablets in our room will make center time learning, for both my special needs and regular education students, much more captivating. Most of my students do not have internet access at home, so bringing the technology to school for my students to utilize on a daily basis will help in their educational career and to build a love for learning.

Tablets are a 21st Century MUST for any classroom!!

We are a moving towards being a total STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) school and having tablets for learning and research will make the curriculum accessible and fun for my 3rd grade students!!
