Help me give my students tablets for science, math, reading and STEM opportunities. With these tablets, the students will have access to hundreds of fantastic educational apps that will help propel their love of learning through enrichment opportunities.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students in my class are curious, energetic, voracious readers. They love to learn about how things work, why natural phenomena occur, they love to create and explore. They can weave joy, innocence, and wisdom into their work. Every day they make me laugh and teach me something new. Their energy and kindness are humbling. It is an honor and privilege to be in their presence.
The students love technology and embrace all of the potential that it has to further their education.
The students in the class are 80% low income classified.
My Project
These tablets will give the students an opportunity to further their education and curiosity by providing technology at their fingertips.
The tablets will provide the students will have access to hundreds of applications that provide enrichment for STEM.
activities, inquiry, and exploration. They will allow students the opportunity to read hundreds of books, and test their imaginations.
The goal is to be able to provide a tablet for each student in the class. Technology is an imperative component in the education of today's generation. Rather than limiting their time to a few minutes per week, the students will have access to research and educational programs every day.
Additionally, these instruments will allow me to evaluate and monitor their progress, thus outperforming the standards that have been established and setting the students up for success and college readiness.
