This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from various backgrounds and are from low income families. My students are diverse learners which diverse learning needs. The majority of my students are multi-sensory learners.
My students enjoy learning about math and math concepts.
It can be hard for them to remember concepts that they learned in class. Technology will greatly impact their learning and the way in which they learn. There are numerous programs that can be used to aid students in their development and growth.
My Project
My students are diverse learners that benefit from technology as they are multi-sensory learners and require material to be presented in a variety of formats. It is important to recognize the needs of each student and address them through different means.
The students that I teach, all benefit from additional practice and what better way than to use tablets to help them learn the concepts.
The tablets will allow them to continue to practice the skills that they learn and apply them interactively. The covers will help protect the tablets and prevent any damage. We want them to be in good condition so that many students can benefit from technology in the classroom.
