My Students

My students are of the millennial generation raised on multimedia consumption, text messaging, and the Internet. This project provides the tools to make our social studies class more engaging. Specifically this project would provide my students with a set of five tablets, speakers, and a printer.

Students attending our high school are as diverse as any high school in the United States.

Some of my students have parents who are college professors while other students have raised themselves. Students have a lot of pride in attending our high school.

My Project

Funding this project would allow students to create multimedia content and share this digital content with other economics classes. In addition, it would allow students to display their work in real time so that learning can be more engaging and interactive. We need a set of five tablets, speakers, and a printer.

This project is important for making school more engaging for the students we serve.

It would allow our classes to be more interactive and student centered by facilitating the creation of multimedia content.
