Help me give my students activities to strengthen fine motor skills for writing. These activities are easy to clean and disinfect!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are energetic kids with a love of learning. Over 90% of my students come from low-socioeconomic families. A large percentage of them meet the definition of homeless. Their parents are struggling to pay rent and get food on the table. They are working necessary jobs for us and for their families. My kindergartners worry about their well being, and yet, they still want to explore, create, read, and write! They want to learn and grow.
During this pandemic, my students are sheltering in place with some basic classroom supplies and some books.
I want them to continue to be safe and stay healthy as they work hard to learn to read, learn to use technology, and at the same time learn language arts, math, science and social studies.
My Project
Each morning my students walk in the door and have breakfast. Then, they complete an assignment. I would like to move away from worksheets and paper projects and have my students use their fine motor muscles to learn math, letters and beginning writing skills.
These magnetic maze boards are self-contained activities that teach pre-writing and math skills.
They are easily cleaned and disinfected with spray cleaner so other students can use them in the same day, if needed, after waiting 10 minutes for the disinfectant to take effect. They can also be checked out to the students to take home to practice the skills, and returned to school for another child to use. They will be disinfected daily and with each home use. Our distance learning model might be half days of school, with every child rotating through the classroom. I need to be able to disinfect items quickly and easily.
These mazes are great teaching tools that teach pre-writing skills. Again, they can be easily disinfected so that my students are protected from spreading germs and viruses.
Thank you for considering my class for your donation.
