My Project

Many schools have started using tablets in the classroom to support pupils’ learning, and to increase engagement and motivation. No doubt using tablets can enhance the learning of mathematics concepts, improve the use of quizzing and feedback to support learning, develop pupils’ skills in mathematics, and make learning accessible to all pupils.

‘Digital technology can open up significant opportunities for our students.

With this classroom iPad mini, basic tasks like making/drawing shapes in geometry and use of worksheets become simple and quick—no more cutting and sticking. Learning can be augmented for the students, with them individually doing mathematical concepts using videos and mathematical applications. Our students can document their skills development more easily, recording photo and video clips of their practical work.

I am establishing a classroom reward system as a method of celebrating students' achievement and positive behavior. It involves consistent efforts to bring out the best in students and motivate them to perform their best and I would like to have some snacks and stickers to give to students to make them do and engage better in class.
