Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergartners love using our "Collab Corner". In this area they can explore books, talk or play math and literacy games. This area is special because they get to choose what they sit or lay on: a cushion, a rug, or a flex seat while they do their collaborative activities.
My students benefit so much from the choices this area provides them, and a small table would be one more choice.
This particular table is perfect in height and size. It will fit in the designated area nicely, while still allowing space for students who prefer to be on the floor and not use a table to do so.
