My Project
I am a Kindergarten teacher who believes that small group work is so important.
Kidney tables are effective for small group instruction.
This table will allow me to be able to reach all students in my small group and be able to work one-on-one more efficiently.
My current table is wobbly and the legs often fall off from the table. The squeakiness from the table wobbling distracts students from their work when they are in my small group. The set up of a kidney table allows students to answer confidently in a small group setting that may be more timid or shy when we are working whole group. The table can also be made height and size appropriate for my kindergarten students!
