This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Everyone knows that the best conversations happen around the table! In our classroom, we love to work together and share our ideas and thinking!! Our small group AIS classroom thrives when we share our thinking and help one another persevere through Math problems.

I would love to give my students a round table where they can work together to collaboratively solve math problems and manipulatives.

Our current rectangular table is old and wobbly, and doesn't lend to collaborative group work. A new round table would be a fantastic addition to our classroom.
