Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Having tables instead of desks means school supplies are not stored close by. Which causes students to have to get up to gather tools as well as put them away when finished. I have slowly built enough tools for each student to have the supplies they need for school within arms reach.
These Caddies, staplers, pencil sharpeners, and color pencils along with the scissors, glue, and pencils I already have, will allow students to stay in their seats during instructional time.
These tools will also level the playing field for students who are not fortunate enough to come to school with all the supplies needed.
