This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With your support, we aim to bring a golf simulator into our classroom — giving students hands-on experience with the game of golf in a fun, safe, and accessible way.

Golf teaches patience, focus, discipline, and perseverance — all transferable skills that help students in academics and life.

Using a simulator means that even in an urban setting or during inclement weather, students can still learn and enjoy the sport.

This simulator will Introduce students to a new, lifelong physical activity, build confidence and coordination. The simulator will integrate STEM learning through swing analysis and physics it will also encourage career exploration in sports technology, hospitality, and more.
