My Project

My students inspire me every single day with their excitement to learn, their positive attitudes, and their incredible growth. Through our student-run coffee shop, our special needs students have the chance to shine by taking on meaningful roles that help them build job skills, confidence, and independence.

This project will provide essential items like coffee syrups, sugars, and creamers—small touches that make a big impact.

These ingredients allow our students to customize drinks and offer great customer service, which teaches them to follow multi-step directions, communicate clearly, and take pride in their work. By preparing and serving drinks to staff and peers, they also practice social interaction, responsibility, and teamwork in a real-world setting.
