Sweet Treats to Accompany Motivational Notes During NYS Tests

Help me give my students a motivational treat to decrease the stress/anxiety of the NYS tests! Our students work so hard all year long. These treats match a quote/picture that the younger grades will color for them!

My Project

For 3rd graders it’s their first time taking the NYS test and they are nervous about the unknown! 4th and 5th graders are aware of how long and stressful the NYS tests are and are working on their perseverance and stamina! These motivational notes:

“You were mint to succeed!”

“Do your best Smartie pants!”

“Testing is o-fish-ally over!”

will provide some excitement and happiness during these testing days. Teachers are often buying snacks for their students throughout the entire year. I want to help support them with these special notes from the younger grades with a matching snack to encourage them to try their best and work hard.
